Running is my favorite thing to do, I love to use treadmills.  So, here, I review them, give tips, and recommendations because the fitness equipment world is big and it's very easy to pick the wrong type of treadmill for you.  I'll even give some other information about different exercises and what you need to do to stay fit.  So, basically, come here to read about anything health related!
